The house is composed of first floor, first floor, second floor and first floor under cover; its plot occupies the area of one hundred and twenty square meters (160m2), the total built area is six hundred and twelve square meters (612m2), and forms with the unbuilt land a single property, closed on itself, of the surface, including the back of the house, of eight hundred and one square meters (801m2), destined to orchard and garden, access to the house and entrance to garages.

It is located in a very quiet area of O Pindo, it is 500 meters from the beach of Pindo, very good access, very close to O Ezaro, and with towns like Muros, Carnota and Cee very close.
